We design and develop robust crystallization (batch and continuous) processes that deliver high quality (pure) crystals that enable the large-scale production of bulk powders with defined physical properties tailored for downstream processes and end users. Our approach is performed via a combined experimental and modelling workflow for early to late-stage candidates, applied to small and large molecules (peptide, pro-drug, drug linker, polymer), including systems that are prone to Liquid-Liquid Phase Separation (LLPS i.e. 'oiling out').
